2. Shipping Policy
We currently ship locally within South Africa. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier availability, but it typically takes 1–5 working days for your order to arrive. If you’re outside of South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us for special arrangements.

Matcha É Vida™ does not provide medical or dietary advice. While matcha is known for its health benefits, individual results may vary. Our product is 100% legitimate matcha, sourced from trusted, sustainable farms. However, we are not responsible if you do not experience the advertised health benefits.
4. Order Cancellations
Once payment has been received, orders cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.
5. Damaged Products
While we inspect all products before shipping, accidents can happen during transit. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll work with the courier company to resolve the issue as best as possible.
6. Payment Methods
We accept online payments via Payfast and Ozow, which offer secure payment methods including instant EFT, credit cards, debit cards, and other instant options. We do not store your credit or debit card information. All transactions are protected by our third-party payment providers’ security protocols.
7. Limitation of Liability
Matcha É Vida™ is not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues that may arise from consuming our products. Please consult with a healthcare professional if you have concerns. Additionally, we are not liable for any delays or issues caused by shipping providers.
